Alisha Staten is the founder of Maven Park City and a distinguished leader in the Utah luxury real estate market. Since beginning her real estate career in 2017, Alisha has established herself as a master-plan community specialist, leveraging her early experience with the Promontory sales team to become a trusted authority in the Wasatch Back.
Ranked in the top 1% of agents globally within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, Alisha achieved over $26.4M in sales volume in 2025 alone. Her expertise has earned her the prestigious Chairman’s Circle Platinum and Gold awards, and she is a featured agent on the Emmy-nominated American Dream TV. Beyond traditional sales, Maven Team serves as the sole listing agent for INDI Ridge, overseeing pricing and marketing for one of the area’s most anticipated luxury communities.
While Alisha is a powerhouse in the office, her heart is rooted in the Park City lifestyle she helps her clients discover. Originally meeting her husband, BJ Staten, in Texas, she successfully “uprooted” the former professional golfer and brought him to the mountains, where he has since launched his own successful career as a real estate agent.
As a proud “Boy Mom” of three, Alisha’s life is beautifully chaotic and centered around family. You can almost always find the Staten family in their favorite element: on the golf course. This deep personal connection to the game having lived the tour life with BJ and now raising three active boys on the greens, gives Alisha an unmatched “insider” perspective when helping families find their own perfect slice of the mountain lifestyle.
